Is not Biblical, it is a lie, and salvation very much is conditional on believing, not some decree before anyone existed or did right or wrong. The only time Scripture uses the word "chosen" to salvation (2 Thes 2:13-14), can be stated to all, believer or not, for it gives the condition: "through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ."
